Michael is heading to the Arctic wilds of Finland for a three-day trek next February in support of It’s Good 2 Give, a charity which supports young cancer patients and their families.

Michael’s gearing up for a 65km journey through freezing temperatures – it’s a tough challenge, but we’re all right behind him!

It’s Good 2 Give does amazing work, providing support and resources for families dealing with cancer. Michael’s aiming to raise £10,000 to help them keep doing what they do best, making a real difference in people’s lives.

This trek isn’t something you just jump into – Michael’s been hitting the gym hard, getting in shape for the challenge ahead. Plus, he’s been chilling (literally) in the cold chamber at CryoLabs in Glasgow to get used to those Arctic temperatures – see film below.
